The Answers You Need

No, Splintered Sauce was created to have a perfect balance between the Carolina Reaper and its paired fruit. While our sauces provide a bite, they aren’t outrageously or regretfully hot. We wanted to create a sauce that you could use the traditional way or incorporate into your cooking. We didn’t want to make a sauce that's used once and then sit on the shelf. So if you’re looking for the hottest sauce in the world, this is not for you.

Are Splintered Sauces extremely hot?

Yes-always looking to create the best flavors for people to enjoy for every dish. We hope to release two more sauces in the near future. If you have a suggestion for a flavor go to contact us page.

Are you releasing more flavors?

Yes, right now we only have hot sauces (and some great apparel!). In addition to the new sauces, we also have plans for salsas and some other ideas as well!

Do you only sell hot sauce?

Hopefully this doesn’t happen. If so, either fill out the Contact Us form or email info@splinteredsauce.com and include a picture of the shipment. We’ll send you replacements immediately!

What if my sauce bottle breaks in delivery?

No, you don’t. But we recommend it for taste.

Do I need to refrigerate after opening?

We can ship within 24 hours. Depending on when the order is received, it may go out the next day. Orders will ship via USPS Priority and should be delivered in 1-3 days.

How long does it take for shipping?

Currently our shop is set up for shipping in United Sates only. For those outside the United States, please contact us and we can explore on a case-by-case basis!

Can you ship worldwide?

Our sauces have a three-year shelf life. The expiration date is on the bottom of our bottles.
