But if you have had a change of heart, we will be happy to accept the product back, as long as they have been not been opened. Send an email to info@splinteredsauce.com and let us know what you would like to do. We can either do an exchange, or refund your purchase with the exception of shipping charge.
Damaged Bottles
Splintered Sauce does our best in packaging your products to insure that our bottles arrive in the same condition as they were when packed, but sometimes we all know sh*t happens; within a few days (3), please check the package to make sure there has been no damage.
In the rare situation that there has been some damaged during shipping, please let us know promptly so we can remedy the situation. We will ask that you provide us with a picture of the damage. We would be happy to with refund your purchase, or send you replacements.

We can ship within 24 hours. Depending on when the order is received, it may go out the next day. Orders will usually ship via USPS or UPS Ground and should be delivered in 1-5 days.
