Refund Policy

At Splintered Sauce, we stand behind our products. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, refunds or replacements are only available if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package never arrived

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request
Email info@splinteredsauce.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

We’ll respond within 2 business days.

What’s Not Covered
We don’t offer refunds for:

  • Flavor preferences

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged)

We’re not responsible for shipping delays, but we’ll help track or replace lost orders when possible.
